KUALA LUMPUR: TA Enterprises Bhd said its founder Datuk Tony Tiah Thee Kian has today gained 90% control of its stocks and will proceeding with his plan to delist the company.His offer to buyout other minority shareholders remained open until March 5. The company said Bursa Securities will suspend the trading of the shares from March 15, being the expiry of the five market day period from March 5.
